1.1 The student will interpret information presented in picture time lines to show sequence of events and will distinguish between past and present.


2.3 The student will identify and compare changes in community life over time in terms of buildings, jobs, transportation, and population.

In this activity see if you can correctly identify which parts of the timeline go together.  First, drag the map of a Virginia roadway to the correct picture showing how it may have looked.  Then drag the object that travels on that roadway to the correct map.  (It may take a minute to load).
